SOLUNA (the “Company”) collects the following information to provide the service.

• Birth date and birth time (optional) — used to calculate your sun sign and natal chart
• Birth city (selected from a fixed list, not your device's location) — used to match coordinates for house calculations
• Email address — stored only if you link a Google or Apple account
• Journal entries (mood, comments, etc.) — only if you write them yourself
• AI chat conversation content — only if you use the chat feature
• Anonymous authentication identifiers (Firebase UID) and device integrity verification data used to prevent abuse

We do not collect your name, phone number, or real-time device location (GPS).

• Providing core features such as daily horoscopes and natal charts
• Restoring and linking your account when you switch or reinstall devices
• Generating AI chat responses
• Preventing fraud and abuse

• Google (Vertex AI / Gemini)— when you use the AI chat feature, your chat content is sent to Google's AI model to generate a response.
• Google Firebase — used for account authentication (anonymous sign-in, Google/Apple login linking).
• Google / Apple — if you link a social account, minimal information needed for identification (such as your email) is exchanged during login verification.

We do not share your personal information externally for any purpose other than the above.

We retain your data until you delete your account. When you delete your account, your personal information — including journal and chat records — is destroyed without delay. Where retention is required by law, we retain the relevant data only for that period before destroying it.

You can permanently delete your account and related data at any time from Settings > Delete Accountin the app. If you're unable to use the app, you can request deletion through the contact information below.

The Company takes reasonable security measures to protect your personal information, including access control and encrypted communication (HTTPS).
