Account Deletion

1. Delete Directly in the App

You can delete your account directly in the SOLUNA app at any time, as follows.

  1. Open the SOLUNA app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Select “Delete Account” and confirm

Deletion requests are processed immediately — there is no approval waiting period.

2. If You Can't Access the App

If you can't access the app (for example, if you've lost your device), you can request account deletion via the email below. Please include the email address used to link your account (if applicable) or any information verifiable in the app, so we can confirm your identity and process the request quickly.

3. Data That Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data is immediately and permanently deleted.

  • Profile information — birth date, birth time, birth city
  • Email address and social login (Google/Apple) link information
  • Journal entries
  • AI chat history
  • Daily horoscope records
  • Account identifiers (such as Firebase UID)

No additional data is retained — everything is destroyed immediately with no retention period.
